Our Factory
Wohing, located in China international metro city-Shenzhen,as a global supplier in the High-End Sandwich Dies series, Auto Stripping and Blanking Series, 3D CNC Mould Series, Etching Eie Series, Rotary Die and Tooling and etc, various types of plywood,counter plates,embossing tools, punches, ejection rubbers, engraved blocks, laser cutting machine, water jet, auto-bender and etc. Our products have been widely sold all over the country and exported to Southeast Asia, America, Australia and European countries.
Our CNC workshop is equipped with Okuma Gantry machining center , Agie WEDM-LS , more than 60 high-tech CNC machining centers ,3 axis and 4 axis,like Sodick、Mikron、DMG Moriseiki、Makino、Mazak、Roders、Brother ect,and auxiliary equipment for producing CNC engraving dies, chemical dies ,compound hot pressing dies , metal stamping dies,plastic dies and precision mechanical parts . In cutting the high precision accessories for mobile,digital,optoelectronics and auto spare parts,the advantage is seamless ,high flatness,the height and angle of the cutting edge can be changed by the cutting material ,and the dimensional accuracy can get to +/-0.03mm.Rotary die workshop is equipped with high-end four-axis machining centers , machining and sophisticated ,which could produce rotary cutting ,debossing&embossing,creasing stations and rotary die for ATN, Bobst, Chambon, ect.It can cut Cigarette pack,medicine pack ,milk pack , electronic products, adhesive product ,ect.
Our Equipment R&D Centre was established in 2011, developing special equipments , materials and Technology for die-cutting industry.Now,Wohing has successfully developed Water-jet,Laser,rule cutting machine,high precision Optical Detector, fully automatic milling machine grinder ect.Many types of Machining Centers are also in the development. Equipment R&D Centre will play an important role for Wohing in technical promotion,technology innovation ,business development.
